Sdoia-Satz Music Aptitude Test (SSMAT)

Regardless of age and/or experience, all prospective students must pass a copyrighted comprehensive music aptitude test before being accepted into Sdoia-Satz Music Institute. ♫

This evaluation is about "aptitude", not achievement. The SSMAT determines the natural, untrained potential of each candidate. ♫

The results of this test help us evaluate/determine:

Choice of Instrument
Style of music
Whether the student has realistic aims and objectives
Natural untrained musical aptitude
Personality traits
Emotional musical response
Speed of learning, degree of perseverance and intensity, as well as strengths and weaknesses
Grade level assessment

At the end of the evaluation, each candidate receives a complete written report containing the results of the test. ♫

This assessment is also available to movie, record and TV companies, as well as talent agencies who wish to evaluate their client's potential for success in the music industry. ♫
